Bringing Life to Early Childhood!

We believe that through supporting teachers, optimal development can be promoted in young children!

OUR MISSION:

Professional Development: To provide engaging learning opportunities to early childhood professionals that is relevant, current, applicable, and based on research and best practices.

Learning Materials: To develop and provide developmentally appropriate early learning materials that enhance early childhood development across integrated academic areas  while simultaneously supporting teachers by providing teaching aides and early childhood trainings that scaffold teacher’s knowledge and skills

Early Learning Innovations, LLC (ELI) was created by Janice Jobey in 2008 as a result of her years of work in creating curriculum and educating child care professionals and has grown to include several teachers and administrative staff.  The staff at ELI possess an extensive background in the early childhood field in both public and private arenas. Our Early Learning Specialists have either Masters or Bachelor’s degrees. We have over 80 years of combined experience in early childhood in various settings including preschool, infant, toddler, and family childcare; as well as directors for both a large non-profit preschool and a nationally known corporate childcare center. ELI has provided adult education for parents, teachers, directors, and peers for the State of Oklahoma. We have taught early childhood classes at college level for a combined 14 years and have led a community college child development program successfully through national accreditation adhering to early childhood standards.

ELI provides a variety of early childhood professional development from CDA to CEUs!  While ELI has its “roots” in Oklahoma, ALL of our online courses carry CEUs from the University of Oklahoma, making them versatile across states and for national credentialing purposes.  We take pride in meeting specific program needs and in providing efficacious learning that is more than “test-taking” through instructor feedback and peer interaction!  We are particularly proud of our online “assessment-ready” CDA education with 100% success rate.  ELI also takes part in a number of committees and boards in which we work to leverage positive outcomes for teachers of young children.

Our commitment to working with Head Start and child care programs include the provision of mental health observations and consultation, trainings across a wide variety of topics, and serving on education and health boards, and conducting child and classroom assessments.  We also excel in working with Head Starts programs in obtaining CDA credentials that fit their timeline needs.

ELI is proud to offer two volumes of the MeComplete! Learning Program, a collection of fully developed early childhood activities that teachers integrate literacy, numeracy, and more into preschool program curriculum.  Our MeComplete! Early Learning and Rhythms and Rhymes are a recent addition to our product line which focuses on relationship based infant/toddler caregiving.

Bringing Life to Early Childhood!

"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord, For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit." Jeremiah 17: 7-8, NKJV
